Ingredients
1 – 32 oz. bag cubed hash browns
14 oz. chopped kielbasa
2 a half-cup crumbled cheddar cheese
1 small sliced onion
a half-cup of milk
10.5 oz cream of chicken soup can
1 cup soured cream
season with salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Spray the interior of the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- In the slow cooker, combine the hash browns, onion, kielbasa, and 2 cups of the cheese.
- Combine the cream of chicken, sour cream, milk, pepper, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Pour over hash brown mixture and stir until combined.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Cook for 6 hours on LOW or 3-4 hours on HIGH. It’s done when your potatoes and onions are tender. Overcooking will cause the hash browns to come apart.
- Serve immediately.
