Cheesy Potato Kielbasa Soup
Kielbasa Soup is packed with potato chunks, kielbasa slices, and corn for a powerful flavor punch.
How to make kielbasa and potato soup
Start by sautéing kielbasa sausage slices. You don’t have to overcook it, but it’s absolutely nicer if the sausage chunks are slightly crispy, so keep that in mind as you stand at the burner.
The recipe calls for 5-10 minutes of sauteing, but if you prefer crispier sausage, modify the cooking time accordingly.
