Ingredients
½ pound ground beef
2 cups shredded cheddar
10 3/4 oz. skim milk
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (10.75 ounces)
1 can French-style green beans (14.5 oz.)
1 teaspoon salt (garlic)
1/2 (12 oz.) package tater tots
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 ℉ (190 degrees C).
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over high heat and drain the fat.
- Green beans, garlic salt, and skim milk are added to the condensed cream of mushroom soup.
- Layer the tater tots on top of the mixture in a medium casserole dish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven, or until tater tots are golden and crispy.
