  • 2 pounds ground beef

  • 2 (16-ounce) packages Kielbasa, sliced into 1/2 inches

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 (14.5-ounce) cans peeled and diced tomatoes, drained

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 2 (15-ounce) cans pinto beans, undrained

  • 2 (15.2-ounce) cans whole kernel corn, undrained

  • 1 (15.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, undrained

  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables

  • 4 cups water

  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin

  • 2 teaspoons chili powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, crumble the ground beef. Add the sliced Kielbasa, chopped garlic, and onion. Cook and stir until the beef is no longer pink, approximately 5 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
