This Peaches and Cream Dessert is a layered, no-fuss treat featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, rich cream cheese filling, sweet peaches, and fluffy whipped topping. Ingredients

For the Crust

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted (salted butter can also be used)
  • 2½ cups graham cracker crumbs (about 20 full sheets)

For the Filling

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

For the Topping

  • 8 oz frozen whipped topping (COOL WHIP), thawed
  • 29 oz can sliced peaches in syrup, well drained and chopped

Instructions

Prepare the crust

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Drain the peaches thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
  3. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Add graham cracker crumbs and mix until the texture resembles wet sand.
  5. Press 2 cups of the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes, then allow to cool completely.
  7. Reserve the remaining crumb mixture for topping.

Make the cream layer

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and softened butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until fully combined and fluffy.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.

Add peach layer

  1. In a separate bowl, gently combine whipped topping and chopped peaches.
  2. Spread the peach mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer.

Finish and chill

  1. Sprinkle the reserved graham cracker crumbs evenly over the top.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow the dessert to set properly.
