Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
3–4 chicken breasts (about 1/2 lbs.)
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp thyme, dry
1/2 tsp oregano, dry
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
3/4 cup chicken broth with low sodium
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chopped sundried tomatoes
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 ℉.
- Oil should be heated in a big cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the chicken on both sides for about 3-5 minutes per side. Place the chicken on a platter and put it aside.
- Cook for 1 minute in the heated skillet with the minced garlic.
