  2. Season and Dredge: Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Coat each piece lightly in flour, shaking off any excess.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the skillet is hot, add the chicken in batches. Cook each piece for approximately 4 minutes on the first side and 2-3 minutes on the second side, ensuring the chicken is fully cooked. For the second batch, add another tablespoon of butter to the pan. Transfer cooked chicken to a plate and loosely cover with foil to keep warm.
  4. Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add the wine (or chicken broth) and lemon juice. Let the mixture bubble and reduce by half, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet for added flavor. Turn off the heat and stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
  5. Combine and Serve: Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over each piece. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately, optionally garnished with grated parmesan cheese.
