  • 2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil (optional, for extra flavor)
  • 3 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) water

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients

  1. Slice the chicken breasts thinly and slice all bell peppers and onion into strips.

Cook in the Instant Pot

  1. Add chicken, onion, and bell peppers to the Instant Pot.
