  • 1 ½ cups (165 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cups (185 g) powdered milk
  • 1 cup (120 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon cinnamon or a pinch of cayenne pepper for a warm, spicy kick

To Make Hot Cocoa

  • 3–4 tablespoons hot cocoa mix
  • 1 cup hot water
  • Optional toppings: marshmallows, whipped cream, or chocolate shavings
