Homemade garam masala is a fragrant Indian spice blend made from toasted whole spices or ground spices. This versatile seasoning adds depth and warmth to curries, stews, roasted vegetables, and marinades. Freshly ground garam masala delivers a more intense flavor than store-bought versions and can be customized to suit your taste preferences.
