This easy Flatbread Pizza recipe is perfect for a quick lunch, snack, or weeknight dinner. Soft, crispy flatbreads topped with tomato sauce, melted cheese, and fresh vegetables make a simple yet delicious meal that can be customized for the whole family.

  • 2 flatbreads
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce, tomato sauce, or ketchup
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed (optional)

  • ยฝ bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste (optional)

    • Lay the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Spread the sauce evenly over each flatbread using the back of a spoon.
  2. Add Garlic

  3. Top with Cheese and Vegetables
    • Sprinkle grated mozzarella over the sauce. Add bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, or any other preferred vegetables. Add another light layer of cheese on top.
  4. Cook the Pizza
    • Oven: Bake at 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
    • Microwave: Heat for 2 minutes until cheese is melted.
