1 pound peeled and deveined cooked shrimp
fettuccini pasta, 1 pound
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup half-and-half
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
6 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
