  1. Place the spring roll wrappers on a dry surface, positioning them in a diamond shape with a corner facing you.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture to the lower third of each wrapper.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides.
  4. Brush the top corner with the flour paste and continue rolling tightly to seal.
  5. Place each roll seam-side down on a tray and repeat with the remaining wrappers.
  6. Freeze for 30 minutes to help retain shape.

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly brush the rolls with olive oil or coat with cooking spray.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
