1. Preheat the oven
Set the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with foil.

2. Mix the meatloaf
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and eggs. Add onion, garlic, milk, parsley, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combinedโ€”avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.

3. Prepare the glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until smooth.

4. Shape the meatloaf
Form the mixture into a 9×5-inch (23×12 cm) loaf on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the glaze evenly over the top.

5. Bake
Place the meatloaf in the oven and bake for 55โ€“60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).

6. Rest and serve
Remove from the oven and let rest for 10โ€“15 minutes before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, or your favorite side dishes.
