  4. Heat 1/4 cup of oil (canola, grapeseed, or sunflower oil) in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the katleti in batches, turning them a couple of times to ensure even browning. Add more oil as needed for subsequent batches. Cook the katleti until golden brown and fully cooked through.
