Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Ingredients
3-4 big russet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
4 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons seasoning (Italian)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 ℉. Set aside a large baking sheet that has been lightly greased.
- In a large mixing basin, place the potato wedges.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top and toss to coat.
- Combine the salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
- Toss the potato wedges in the shredded cheese to coat them, then season with the spice mix.
- Place potato wedges skin-side down on prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 25-35 minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender and golden.
- Toss with freshly cut parsley and serve with a dipping sauce.
- If preferred, serve with ketchup or other sauces while still heated.
